The complete production process is carried out within the company.
Firstly the polypropylene chips are transformed into flock fibres which are then mixed to create the desired colour followed by carding and needlepunching to obtain the carpet in finished mother rolls.
Then the products can be finished with resin, latex, action, granular or foam rubber backing. Finally the product passes through the quality control and packaging systems and then storage ready for despatch.
Due to the innovation and high technological levels of our industrial plants it is possible to reach very fast production speeds maintaining a high-level of quality standard.
